Justin Tremblay DC, NASM-PES, TPI-CGFI
Dr. Justin Tremblay is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic (UBCC). While attending
UBCC Dr. Tremblay earned his certification as a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT)
and the advanced certification of Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES), known to be the highest level advanced qualification
in the industry.
Dr. Tremblay utilized his unique skill set to both treat and train athletes at the University
of Bridgeport while working as a student intern at the school’s Health Science Center. Dr. Tremblay also gained
valuable experience working as a personal trainer at both Peak Physique in Greenwich, CT. and Equinox in Darien, CT.
Dr. Tremblay was a partner in the private wellness practice, Tao Center for Vitality, Longevity and Optimal Health LLC. in
Greenwich, CT before relocating back to Lebanon CT to operate the Hebron Chiropractic Center.
As a TPI certified
golf fitness instructor, Dr. Tremblay has been trained to test golfers for physical limitations that may inhibit them
from achieving their optimal swing. With access to the the TPI exercise library he can then design a golf specific
exercise program to help improve your swing mechanics by decreasing you physical limitations.
Along
with traditional chiropractic treatments Dr. Tremblay specializes in the use of therapeutic techniques that are well researched
and highly successful in the treatment of numerous physical conditions. These modalities include The Activator Technique,
The Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping Method, Gait Scan custom orthodics as well as exercise rehabilitation and sports performance
enhancement training.

Myriah Hinchey ND Dr. Hinchey completed
her bachelor degree from the University of Connecticut in 2000. She earned her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from The
University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Hinchey has been a licensed massage therapist for nine years,
specializing in CORE myofascial release, acupressure, and deep tissue massage, integrating the Japanese healing art of Reiki
into her sessions. She received her certificate in Medical Acupuncture for Physicians from Briarwood College in 2006. She
is also certified in Facial Rejuvenation with Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs from the Swedish Institute in New York City. Additionally,
Dr. Hinchey completed training in Auricular Acupuncture for Chemical Dependency and Detoxification at the Lincoln Recovery
Center in the Bronx, New York.
